Reeve is a former head writer for a daily, nationally airing show “Halftime Live.” Reeve has authored several feature length scripts and television pilots that have garnered recognition from numerous competitions; including having the Number 1 Rated TV Pilot on the coveted RED LIST. Other accolades include: Winning the TV Calling Paper Team 2018 TV Pilot Contest; a Finalist distinction in the 2018 Creative World Awards Screenplay Competition (top 1%); a Semi-Finalist designation from Fox Writer’s Lab, ScreenCraft TV Pilot Launch and Shore Scripts Screenplay Competition (top 4%)..

ABOUT REEVE

Reeve Segal is a Los Angeles based writer. He is the former Head Writer for HTL. In addition to writing original television pilots, specs and feature length screenplays that have earned accolades in prestigious writing competitions , Reeve has worked as a Script Coverage Analyst for the largest script coverage service in the country. He learned the fundamentals of television and screenplay writing while working as a Writer's Assistant for a Hollywood Writer/Director. He studied screenplay and television writing at UCLA.

Reeve obtained his undergraduate degree from Amherst College and his Juris Doctor Cum Laude (top 10%) from Southwestern Law School. Prior to becoming a professional writer, Reeve spent a decade as a Litigation Attorney; culminating with performing the closing argument for the largest defamation case in U.S. history and highest jury verdict in America in 2009.
